Investigation showed that the canal had breached the concrete wall covering at this location and was seeping into the mill. Likewise, the Keith Paper Mill was suffering "leakage". Immediate action is needed to correct the potentially devastating problem. The canal is drained. Construction and hydrology engineers are on the site to evaluate and make recommendations for mitigation.A Gallery of 30 Items - Canal Wall ReparationenTurners Falls Power Canal - Wall Concrete Failure & Repair - 1915Image
