Do you think he would have given you a very low price if he was to have the benefit of our sales to you – or have written me complaining because I was trying to sell you. -- I wrote him a short time ago that we should have to sell in Pittsburg and I suppose he thought he would make one last effort as he is not entitled to my territory where he cannot control the trade. We cannot make you at present any better rate than 17 ½ -- prc -- on the Ledger Papers and at that price you will --
