dc.description	Sept. 2nd 1885 -- Holyoke Paper Co. -- Gentlemen, -- Yours of the 31st is received. The magnets on # 2 machine have now been in nearly seven weeks and much need recharging as four weeks is as long as are allowed them to go here. They should be replaced without reference to the proposed changes on your machines. If you like I will send you some short bars that can be placed in your present sand boxes on #1 and #3 machines which I think will work satisfactorily and save you the necessity of making any changes for the present. -- You will in this way have the immediate benefit of the magnets and can put off the change until some time when making general repairs. -- If this suits you please let me know and I will have the bars sent in a few days. -- Yours Truly -- C.M.
