July16, 81 [1881] -- Samuel [Farley] -- Dr Sir. -- Enclosed I hand you my check for $45. to pay for the suit of clothes. -- The coat fits me well now but I had to take it to a tailor here and have the sleeves lengthened an inch. I think you forgot it. The blue did not match and I will let it pass. -- When you dispose of the coat send me a bill of what is right for me to pay and will do it. -- Yours Respectfully -- John Keith --
