dc.descriptionNov 21, 82 [1882] -- My dear Carson, -- Your 20th at hand. -- We have not used the rubber belt. We use patent leather for machine apron. -- The rumor of the new mill is premature. It came I suppose in this way. I made an offer for a mill site and power but I have not got it yet. Supposing I get it could it be the best for the “Keith” to build another mill or start a new company and give the stockholders of the Keith a chance to take stock if they wish --
