This letter is marked "not sent" -- -- Turners Falls Company -- Gentlemen, -- We the Keith Paper Company have received you favor proposing to sell us land and lease us water power. -- To the proposition to give us until Aug 27th 81 to decide you know many additional cubic feet of water we will take under our lease made Sept 2 -- d -- 1873. We decide to take the full amount specified in the lease viz (7175) and showing -- -- ; -- I have in my library a first edition “Turners Falls Company Indentures January 1 1887” which includes land and water power agreements made between the T.F., Co. and all the companies they dealt with at that time. -- e.g. --
